Heroes were introduced to v2.6.0 on 2017.03.29. The Hero menu can be accessed beside the Alliance tab down the bottom. They can be summoned via the summoning circle which uses horns or bought with real money or summoned with the required amount of Hero fragments. New Legendary heroes are added to the game regularly so it always pays to keep checking back.

Summoning Circle[]

There are two types of Summoning Circles: Normal and Advanced.

Normal requires 30 grey horns in order to summon a random hero or hero scrolls. You may also summon 10 heroes for 300 grey horns, and you may summon a hero for free every 24 hours.

Grey horns can be obtained by killing monsters.

Advanced requires 30 golden horns in order to summon a random hero or hero scroll. You may also summon 10 heroes for 270 golden horns. You are guaranteed a Legendary Hero after 8 summons.

Golden horns can be obtained by purchasing with gold, completing daily quests, events, and opening chests.

Hero Tiers[]

There are three tiers of heroes: Regular (Blue), Epic (Purple), and Legendary (Orange).

Blue heroes can only be upgraded to 4 stars, purple to 5 stars, and orange to 6 stars. The higher the stars, the higher the level you can upgrade your hero to.

Hero stars are upgraded with hero fragments. Hero fragments can be obtained in the summoning circle or as loot or bought in the store with real money.

Additionally, hero stars correspond with hero skills.

Hero Skills[]

Blue heroes have four hero skills on top of their default skill, purple heroes have five hero skills, and orange heroes have six hero skills.

Each skill can be unlocked when the hero reaches a certain level or star level. You will also require the necessary number of fragments to unlock these skills. For example, a second hero skill will need 25 hero fragments and two stars. Both conditions must be fulfilled.

Once unlocked, each skill can be upgraded with various XP scrolls. These XP scrolls can be obtained in the summoning circle, by killing monsters, or as random loot.

Additionally, there is a second type of hero scroll that can be used to upgrade a hero's level. A higher level increases the hero's default skill.

Note: it would be wise to not spend all your hero scrolls on blue or purple heroes. Try to save as much as you can for when you start obtaining orange heroes.

Hero Council[]

Council positions are unlocked at different Stronghold levels. Heroes can only be Appointed in their specialist positions, and certain combinations of heroes provide added benefits to your city and troops.

You can appoint your heroes from this menu.
